    心得交流站 : 炸豆腐一定要猛火炸,才会外脆内软。

    Step 1

    将亚参膏加入水榨出亚参汁备用。Wash asam jawa with water and filtered the juice.

    Step 2

    把金瓜辣酱材料用果汁机搅备用。Blend Spicy pumpkin sauce ingredients until fine.

    Step 3

    烧热饭碗油,加入已烂的金瓜辣酱,慢火爆至油红色至浓稠,接着加入亚参膏水和调味料煮片刻即成,待温后再加入材料C拌成金瓜辣酱。Heat up bowl oil add in chilli and pumpkin paste stir cook in low heat until thick- en toss in asam jawa juice and seasoning, once boiled, turn off heat let cool slightly and mixes in ingredients C.

    Step 4

    烧热油加入豆腐炸金黄色上碟,淋上金瓜辣享用。Deep fry tofu in hot oil until golden brown. arrange in serving plate and pour Spicy pumpkin sauce on top to serve.
